Our Studio
Turkel Design is located at CALA (Community Architecture Landscape Art), a vibrant mixed-use development in Somerville, Massachusetts. This acclaimed example of adaptive reuse was originally a school building designed by The Architects Collaborative in 1970. Surrounded by public art and gardens, our studio embodies many of the principles of our architecture, with soaring, light-filled spaces, and retractable glass doors that open out to nature. We are conveniently located five miles from Downtown Boston, a short walk from the Davis stop on the MBTA Red Line.
